In collaboration with the Duluth, Proctor, and Marshall middle schools, Duluth Aviation Institute is providing in-class STEM education for sixth graders.
The Gilruth Continuum AreoSTEM lessons provide an opportunity for students to have a real world educational experience designed to inspire student interest in science, technology, engineering, and math. In an effort to improve test scores, we creatively teach these subjects as used in aviation.
Integrating lessons from AOPA Path to Aviation, EAA Young Eagles, NASA Education programs, and our rich aviation history, we have created uniquely Duluth aviation lessons. For more information, contact us at: hangar10@duluthaviationinstitute.org
Top students are rewarded for their academic achievement in the program with a field trip to Sky Harbor Airport and a Young Eagle flight. Congratulations students!
